Christmas With Anna - My Christmas Wishlist 2016

Aloha Lovelies!

A few days ago I got asked by my Parents what I want for Christmas, and honestly, I didnt know what to say. Usually, every year I have somewhat idea of what I want, but this year for some reason I had no clue. This got me wondering, is it an age thing? Or this year am I so into being festive and decorating, celebrating, that I havent thought of what I want? Regardless of the reason, I managed to compile a small list of things and I thought why not share it with you guys! I definately dont expect everything on this list, but hopefully it will give you guys some ideas if your still stuck on what to get!

• Unicorn Pool Inflatable

I saw this at my local Kmart and got so excited, after seeing this inflatable on their Instagram and website, I had looked out for it and finally spotted it! I didnt put this on my Christmas list because I completely forgot, but I know during boxing day sales I will defiantly invest in this! (By the way, would you guys like a Christmas and Boxing Day haul?)

• Girl Online Going Solo

I dont usually read, unless its a Youtuber book. For Christmas 2014 I got the first Girl Online book, and Christmas 2015 I got Girl Online On Tour, so I would love to get Going Solo this year! I find these books so calming and feel so relaxed when I read them.

• Earrings

When I was in Kmart a few days ago, I came across this beautiful wooden + baby pink earring and necklace set! Baby pink is my favorite color, and it looked so beautiful and contrast with the wood, although I could not find a necklace similar online, I found these earrings that looked pretty similar!

• Light Box

I have always wanted a light box because I find them so pretty and I love how they can be personalised with special messages!

• Vouchers and/or Money

My main thing I want is money and/or vouchers this year. Because I struggled to come up with what I want, I thought that it would be alot easier to just ask for vouchers or money for my favorite shops. Also, my Mum and I have very different taste when it comes to clothing and style, so I think gift cards would be better than my Mum having to stress about our style clash.

• Hair Curler

I recently found this VS Sassoon Three in One Hair Curler, Straightener and Crimper interchangable wand kit, and fell in love! Having my hair curled is my favorite way to have it styled, but I only ever have it curled if im at a Dance concert, a party, or at a friends who has a curler, so I have always wanted one! I also loved having my hair crimped, its so unique and different. My hair is naturally straight so the straightener wouldnt be used as much, but I can see it coming in handy when I go on holiday or when I want my hair to be straight. I thought this hair curler is such good value, and If I recieved on this year it would defiantly be used daily!

• Username: Evie and Username: Regenerated

Once again, some more Youtube books! Although the first book came out ages ago, I still havent read it, so I would love to get both of these books for Christmas so I can read then back to back! I also love graphic novels, and graphic novels writtern by one of my favorite Youtubers make these even better!

• Sacconejoly Calendar

The last present on my list is the Sacconejolys 2017 calendar. I do know this is the one present I am recieving, and I know this because my Dad needed help ordering it (he isnt very good with technology haha!) and I cannot wait to look at all of the cute pictures inside! I dont usually get Youtuber merch, as it is very expensive to ship here, but when I realised that this was the last Sacconejoly calendar with a family of Four, I had to get it!

Christmas with Anna - A Christmas Interview

Hey guys!

Today I bring you my second festive post for December! You may have noticed the pretty fairy lights added to my header for the Christmas month. I thought like last year, I should add something festive to my blog, and I think they are really cute!

Today I bring you an interview with WhiteInteriorsBlog! J is a lovely Britsh blogger who is doing Blogmas this year, and when she asked if anybody wanted to collab I took my chance, as her blog is really beautiful and lovely. I live in New Zealand where Christmas is in Summer, and Its Winter in Britain where she lives, so I based six Christmassy questions around this point of diffrence, and formed this Christmas interview. Enjoy!

• What is your favorite Christmas song?

My favorite Christmas song is "All I Want For Christmas is You" Because it is a classic, everyone knows the words to it, and I love it!

• What is one Christmas tradition you have?

We have several traditions we do, for example on Christmas morning my Brother and I open our Christmas stockings in my Parents bed. Although he is nineteen, it has never changed. Another one is that my Mothers side of the family always go out for a meal a few days before Christmas.

• What  is one thing on your Christmas list this year?

I have no idea, everyone says this but I genuinely have no clue. I like makeup, I have a few products but dont ask for it because not many people in my family know I wear it. I would love a morphe pallette or some brushes, but I havent asked for them.

• What is your favorite colour sceme for a Christmas tree?

I love our tree this year. It has white lights with red and gold baubles, and red and gold tinsel which looks like a lovely long chain of pearls!

• What is your favorite thing about Christmas day?

This is a hard question since there are so many, but I love the faces of all my family members lit up when they see all the food laid out and when they get given their presents!

• Could you imagine a Summery Christmas and would you like to experiance one?

That is one thing on my bucket list. I have dreamed about having a Christmas in hot weather. I think it sounds amazing, however it isnt the same without it being cold! But yes, I would love to go somewhere hot for Christmas and to go to Australia, New Zealand, or back to the Carribean

Christmas with Anna - Stocking Fillers

Hello Guys!

Happy December! December is the best month, the most wonderful time of the year! This week, I am going on my school camp which I am really looking forward to, but even better, once I get back Ive only got two days of school left until the summer holidays! Im so excited for summer, and Christmas!

This is my first Christmas post this month, and it is some stocking filler ideas under $10. This year I am throwing a Christmas party for my friends, so instead of buying them all big presents and throwing a party, I am giving them goodie bags filled with under amusing and meaningful presents, and I have been looking online for gifts to buy for them! This weekend I sourced some of these gifts in shops and started buiding up their goodie bags, and I thought I would share with you guys cute ideas for Stocking stuffers! Instead of doing one big post, I have decided to split this series into different shops, as some of the readers perhaps reading this wont have access to these shops in your country, so I decided to start off with everybodys favorite..Kmart! I chose to go to Kmart because their products are so amazingly cute, and its pretty universal so most countries and viewers have access to this heavanly shop!

These gifts are all under $10, which is super cheap for such amazing gifts!

 I hope you enjoyed my first post this month, im so excited for christmas and so excited to post more Christmassy stuff for you guys!

A new chapter

Hello

Welcome to Annas Oceans. Im Anna, and I have been running a blogging acoount on instagram since feburary 2015. During this past year and a half, I have on and off ran multiple different blogs, and came to the descision to shut down my blogs due to lack of inspiration.

Ever since I discovered the use of media platforms to share creativity, ive been intrigued. The creativity and positivity of everybody online inspired me to share photos, do impromptu fashion shoots and film private short films. After many months of not blogging, I am making a return, hopefully for good.

So before I start properly posting, I thought I would share some infomation about what im planning to do with this new blog:

Im Anna. I am fifteen years old, living in New Zealand. I have always loved photographing landscapes, people, scenery, and making random short films. I plan to write fashion posts and share photography with you guys, and I am going to attempt to make them as good quality as possible. Fashion is something I take alot of interest in. Ever since I was younger I was always taking photos with old cameras or attempting to get that perfect snap with an Ipod. Im so grateful its something I still love and am able to do now. 

I hope to talk to you all soon, and I hope you are all excited for this new and fresh blog. I cant wait to share photos and exciting content with all of you
